vmware-vdiskmanager.exe failed to initialize log file

Quick tip.  When running vmware-vdiskmanager.exe be sure to run the command prompt with elevated privileges.  i.e. Run As Administrator.  Otherwise you may receive “Failed to initialize log file”.
