WCF-Custom Action was not understood

If you get an error similar to the below quickly check that the operation name on your logical orchestration port matches the action name defined in the physical send port within the BizTalk Administration console.

The adapter failed to transmit message going to send port “WcfSendPort_SqlAdapterBinding_Procedures_dbo_Custom” with URL “mssql://.//POCDb?”. It will be retransmitted after the retry interval specified for this Send Port. Details:”Microsoft.ServiceModel.Channels.Common.UnsupportedOperationException: The action “<BtsActionMapping xmlns:xsi=”http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance” xmlns:xsd=”http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema“>
  <Operation Name=”InsertIndustryReport” Action=”Procedure/dbo/InsertIndustryReport” />
</BtsActionMapping>” was not understood.
